Terms & Payments

These terms apply to purchases through pitgear.store. Please check your products, sizes, delivery details and order total before placing an order.

The purchase contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order. If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund any payment due.

Product pages describe each item’s features, sizing and care requirements. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse material differences from the product description.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are charged in EUR (€), and all charges collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Spanish law governs these terms without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections in their country of residence. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law.
