Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after delivery. Any longer mandatory period under applicable law takes precedence. For goods from one order delivered separately, the statutory period runs from receipt of the last item.

Email support@pitgear.store with your order number and a clear cancellation statement. We will provide return instructions. Our approval is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us and retain proof of postage. You pay direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

You may reasonably try on a jacket as you would in a shop. Please retain tags and packaging where possible; their absence does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Handling beyond reasonable inspection may result in a lawful deduction for reduced value.

For cancellation of the whole order, we refund product payments and standard delivery charges through the original payment method within 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Discounted items retain their statutory rights. The cancellation period does not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.
